Tax counseling

I have been working as a tax consultant for over thirty years. I have prepared all forms of income tax returns for natural persons. I have also prepared declarations of limited tax liability for foreigners, taking into account the regulations of the respective double taxation treaty.

In my capacity as "Head of Group Taxes" I have prepared all corporate tax returns (corporate tax, trade tax, VAT) up to the reconciliation of deferred taxes in the group.

Within the scope of my current activities in tax firms, the focus of my work is on the preparation of annual financial statements for corporations and for individuals who are subject to the net income method. This also includes the disclosure or filing of annual financial statements with the Federal Gazette as well as the preparation of all necessary tax returns.

I mainly use the software of DATEV for my work, a technical information services provider for tax advisers,  accountants and attorneys.
